Professional, flexible and easy to use voice communicaiton system. XN120 brings investment protection by allowing connection to the new BT broadband SIP network. SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) is a signalling protocol for internet conferencing, telephony, presence, events notificatin and instant messaging.

Initial configuration:

3 trunks & 8 hybrid extensions

The NEC XN120 can provide caller line identity (CLI) to all phones on the system allowing either the callers name, or telephone number to be displayed before you answer the call.

The NEC XN120 has a built in call director the system can distribute calls evenly to assigned staff or in a priority order. If one group member is busy, the call forwards to the next group member. If all extensions are busy you can queue incoming callers and if you have the integrated voicemail card (option) you can play holding messages.

CTI - Linking your telephone system to your computer

VoIP - Using ADSL/DSL broadband or your computer/internet network to carry long distance voice calls
IP Telephony - Converged voice and data networks are here. Connect your phones directly to your computer network
